Mercies Anew Counseling
Licensed, evidence-based Christian counseling that connects insight with real-life action, addressing the four circles of health: biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. I help people develop healthy routines, learn effective coping tools, and make everyday lifestyle adjustments that support emotional and mental well-being.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for walking alongside people through any season of life. Counseling can help with everyday struggles, life’s more profound questions and crises—and everything in between.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving teens, adults, and couples in both non-profit and private practice settings. My approach is both compassionate and practical, integrating clinical methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Science with biblical truth and hope. I believe therapy is most effective when it connects insight with real-life action.
Meaningful change takes time and intention. I’m honored to join you in the process, one step at a time.

I work with women navigating many different seasons and challenges. Together, we process the past, explore the future, and reflect on meaning, identity, and life roles while addressing current struggles. My approach includes a few different theories of counseling like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Attachment Science, and Existencial Therapy. My heart is to provide a safe, faith-centered space where women can find clarity, resilience, purpose and renewed hope for the journey ahead.
